Remove product from package, place in a pan and cover tightly with foil. Warm product in oven for 45 minutes or until it reaches desired temperature. (Approximately 120°F)


Convection

We recommend slicing and serving as needed. Slice brisket across the grain of the meat. Convection Oven To warm entire product: Heat oven to 325°F. Remove product from package, place in a pan and cover tightly with foil. Warm product in oven for 30 minutes or until it reaches desired temperature. (Approximately 120°F)


Grill

We recommend slicing and serving as needed. Slice brisket across the grain of the meat. Grill (For thick slices) For a 1/4" slice of product, grill on high approximately 1 1/2 minutes on each side. For a 1/2" slice of product, grill on high approximately 2 1/2 minutes on each side.
