We recommend slicing and serving as needed. Slice brisket across the grain of the meat. Conventional Oven To warm entire product: Heat oven to 350°F. Remove product from package, place in a pan and cover tightly with foil. Warm product in oven for 45 minutes or until it reaches desired temperature. (Approximately 120°F)
Convection
We recommend slicing and serving as needed. Slice brisket across the grain of the meat. Convection Oven To warm entire product: Heat oven to 325°F. Remove product from package, place in a pan and cover tightly with foil. Warm product in oven for 30 minutes or until it reaches desired temperature. (Approximately 120°F)
Grill
We recommend slicing and serving as needed. Slice brisket across the grain of the meat. Grill (For thick slices) For a 1/4" slice of product, grill on high approximately 1 1/2 minutes on each side. For a 1/2" slice of product, grill on high approximately 2 1/2 minutes on each side.
Thaw
We recommend slicing and serving as needed. Slice brisket across the grain of the meat. Thawing Instructions Thaw with the sealed plastic intact under refrigeration for 48 hours.
